Returns & Exchanges
At Quad Warehouse, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned apparel must be in original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Quad Warehouse account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
